Iceni is working with a range of commercial clients to secure planning permission for employment generating uses. Current projects include the redevelopment of a former car repair workshop in Maidenhead to provide offices (Kilmartin), a contaminated former coal processing site in Bolsover for B1, B2 B8 uses (Goodman), the former Powergen site in Hillingdon for B1, B2 and B8 uses (Kenmore) and a strategic employment site at Aveley, Thurrock (Buchanan Land).
