At Iceni we understand the importance of community consultation to the success of projects, and in light of the Coalition government's localism agenda we are expanding this service.
Local politics decides planning applications and from initial community and political research, we create consultation strategies for your projects that take into account all the key stakeholders and identify the main environmental, economic and social issues that matter to the wider community. We can then organise meetings with local councillors and residents, hold public exhibitions of development plans, provide analysis of feedback, co-ordinate stakeholder forums and carry out many other consultation activities tailor made to your projects.
